Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@vybezculture.com, and we will be happy to help. All exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Shipping costs for exchanged items will be the customer’s responsibility. Vybez Culture reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that are not in their original condition. Thank you for shopping with us!

At Vybez Culture, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached within 10 days of receipt.
Please note that all returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order and refunds can only be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
